The Role

We are looking for a Marketing & CX Intern (M/F) with great communication and work planning skills, to consolidate the management and treatment of Inbound Leads in the Marketing team, automate the lead management process and improve the Customer Journey in the TINTEX commercial channel and TINTEX Webstore.

Job location: Vila Nova de Cerveira (Viana do Castelo)

Key Responsibilities

-Define and map Customer Journey of all Inbound Leads;

-Define their critical path within TINTEX;

– Implement and automate multi-channel lead and Customer Journey processing;

-Analyze results of the implemented processes and produce reports on them;

-Plan and suggest actions for lead generation and lead management;

-Support the implementation of the Marketing calendar and planning (focus on Social Media);

-Support internal management of Webstore merchandising;


Must have Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Management;

-Fluent in English (written and verbal), other languages considered a plus;

-Strong communication skills;

-Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills;

-Dynamic and proactive person;

-Flexible, open to others, teamwork;

-Eligible for IEFP 9 Months Internship Program (level 6 ATIVAR.PT) – this position will only consider applicants who meet the requirements of eligibility for this program
