Whistleblower Protection

Independence, impartiality, confidentiality, data protection, secrecy and the absence of conflicts of interest are guaranteed in the treatment and analysis of complaints received.

Who Can File a Complaint?

Clients and customers; staff and former staff; service providers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as any people acting under their supervision and direction; shareholders; people belonging to administrative or management bodies or tax or supervisory bodies of Tintex Textiles, S. A., including non-executive members; volunteers and interns, paid or unpaid; others.

Complaint Management Responsibility

Complaints will be received by the competent area of ​​Tintex Textiles, S. A. which, after registration and classification, will continue the treatment process, including forwarding to the areas responsible for analyzing and monitoring the process.

The treatment, investigation and taking of action regarding complaints received is, in accordance with legislation, the responsibility of Tintex textiles, S. A. and they are processed through an internal IT platform.

Complaint Anonymity

Tintex Textiles, S. A. undertakes to respect anonymity in all cases in which the complainant wishes to submit an anonymous complaint, regardless of the detail of the information contained in the complaint and the possibility of identifying the complainant through the facts described. It is clarified that Tintex Textiles, S. A. will handle all complaints, whether anonymous or not, as long as they contain sufficient and relevant material and information to allow investigation. Notwithstanding this treatment, all complainants will be notified at the email address through which the report was made. To check the status of the process, you must request it via email, indicating the Subject, Date and Email Address of your complaint filing.
