Blue Project aims to promote a sustainable future through changing behaviors in the face of current global problems, in order to prepare and empower citizens for conscious, dynamic and informed citizenship.
This project aims to create a fresh fish processing unit, which will allow filleting and definition of the best method of conservation, packaging and marketing of “sarrajão” fish. The objective is to integrate a product that is appealing into the school menu, and to innovate in the use of fish leftovers, through the development of new food solutions and textile products.
